Music and It's influence!
Music is such an important part of people's daily lives. Music can help in so many different ways, for example, studying, going on runs, or even something as simple as listening to music at the gym. Music has become one of the most important parts of people's lives. I know I can't go to the gym or drive without playing music, but it can also be so peaceful and calming. Some people even listen to music when they're sad, and it makes them feel better. I know it does for me.

Not only are they my favorite, but they also help with my mental health. Music can be an escape from the real world for some people. It helps ease your mind and get a break from the outside and your life in a way, listening to the lyrics and the beat, and getting to connect to it. Music calms you down and makes you feel all better<3
